we are apparently « now a nation of remainers » given the demographic changes since the vote.

I keep hearing Remainers claiming this. I've seen a couple of very ropey 'polls' supporting this view b ...

Easy. Just sign up for a local sprint. Hell, you don't even need to do much training for it - it's easy to 'wing' it.

Then see what hurts, and work on that.

Varifocal glasses that replicate your reading glasses at the bottom of the lens but are almost plain glass further up for when looking ahead.

I think the follow up question is really "How much faster is an expensive bike than what?"

I don't see a £3k, £5k.... road bike being faster in the majority of use cases than a £1000 road ...

I've been running 'serious' Scottish mountain trails for years in Saucony Peregrines.

The Peregrines very deliberately don't have cushioning as they're from the 'barefoot' running school of thought ...

IIRC correctly laser only works for near-sightedness.....
