Iíve been planning my weeks around TSS.
Managed 9-10 hours and 550 for the 2 weeks preceding last week then only 6hrs and 250TSS last week due to a weekend off.

Do you think there is value in slow, steady runs supplemented by 50-90 min HARD turboís?
If so, what kind of mileage do you class as high?
