Up just under 2 pounds on last month. Sad

But haven't done any training in over 2 weeks due to the bug going around and the comfort eating that goes with it. Rolling Eyes

A loss of 3.6 lbs for the month, mainly due to the shock of exercise leading to over eating. Rolling Eyes

Sorry, I am obviously not being very clear…

however, the CPS don't or shouldn't charge based on their judgement of someone's level of remorse...
