I'd second Chrace on this one, head to B n Q and get a bunch of pipe lagging and box it yourself, it's always found it easier to re-assemble something you've taken apart, not just bikes.

41 days 15 hours gone and after 70 swim sessions and 500k swum our plucky hero has just passed Milford Haven, safe to assume he's not going to complete in the 100 days I'd have thought
