1 swim - 45 mins as 14x100m with drills. More techniques focussed.
2x bike sessions as 1 hr Trainerroad intervals and 2.5m ride home on Friday.

Have you tried a different pool? Had the same, although not as bad. Where I now swim is much better. Still use a nose clip but I dont have the same reaction that I used to. I think they use some sort ...
