Well it is in the sense that there now exists a reasonable group of guys that can run those times, not just Allen and Scott. The two incredibly dominant athletes of the era.

Cracking running Sam. Sub 16 this year on the roads do you reckon?

I did my a speed session 9 days after my 100 yesterday ... and it showed! haha. I seem to be really wilting in the heat/humidity ...
