The route goes past my front door, so I just sat out with my camera snapping a few of the athletes coming by, then this abomination rode past.

I think that it's a mix ... and also some consistency is needed as well.

The best results for me, in terms of "feeling fitter and faster" come when I manage for example to cycle at least ...
