...she's been put to sleep for the off season and has been replaced temporarily by Sooooooooz.
I hope this new blog will help me to focus on what I expect will be a long slog back, if body permits to running fitness.
So where to begin....???????????
Find a coach?...mmmmm, not that easy. Need a trainer more than a coach.
Delve back into the achives and see what I did and did not do in the past?
Was a lot younger then and recovery and injuries weren't that much of a problem.
Just go out and run?...seems like the simplest and cheapest solution
Trouble is, that's just what I've been doing and it's got me nowhere...or not where I want to be.
Give up and grow old gracefully?...no fear!! that's not an option that's heresy
Take one day at a time?.... now this I like because it's not putting any unpleasant pressure or expectaions on me.
So..Taking one step, one day at a time.....that's my mantra from now on.
So today , sorting out my running gear and the rest of the week spent resting my legs.
Start out next Monday 28th.

good mantra since can only take one day at a time
and if one of those days you decide you need a coack or trainer then so be it
but for now, hope those legs are up n resting _________________
