4 months on and I still haven't recovered.
I haven't swam or cycled at all since. just been running.
took it easy in July,
picked up the intensity and volume in August
had the whole of September off
October was very poor, struggled to run more than 25 mins at a time, last couple of days things felt better.
November stated with a rest day, let's hope things continue to improve.

tuesday - bike 6.64 miles @ 13 mph

wednesday run 3 miles @ 7:49 m/m

right quad still sore.

Just worked out my swim/bike/run positions and I am exactly as bad/good at swimming as I am cycling and a whole lot better at running.

I took out all dnf's and teams leaving 784 individual finishers

swim - 154th (19.64%)
T1 -----110th (17.21%)
bike - -154th (19.64%)
T2 -----109th (13.90%)
run ---- 19th (2.42%)
Overall 41st (5.22%)

111.7 @19 mph - 84 av rpm - 5.52.23 - 108 mx cad - 36.7 mx mph
bike comp data includes T" and being wheeled back to campsite.
