I'll give you any odds it won't be his fault, packs drafting, moto drafting, there'll be some kind of excuse, I'm sure.

Exactly right. Everyone else will definitely be cheating no matter how LS doesn't win.

I love how they speculate about others having little if any ITU class/history and how there's something dodgy but Saint Lionel of Sanders is the new hero now Lance finally lost his sainthood. I have nothing against him at all but their one eyed view of the world is hilarious.

I like LS' back story and his will to win. He has had some very impressive 1/2 IM wins this year. However, be it swim/bike/run, he looks like he is fighting to move forward. He isn't smooth or efficient. That said maybe that is why he is so popular among the slowtwitch masses?

Worth a punt.
I have a feeling he will do well.
That said can't see him winning.
But that would be SPOTY material... not.

I think the odds have got much much longer. Shame to see him out, and in such circumstances too

It's bad enough when it's one of us after all the graft.
When it's your " job " that must be heart breaking.
Still nothing broken..... next year ?!

Me too - Tim's a class act & IMHO an inspiration to the , uh, "more mature" triathlete. Especially that 7h40 at Brazil earlier in the year. Shame he's out for tomorrow, would have loved to see what he could do. Hope he mends well.

Looks like there will be a few ads on redbull TV tonight. Still, if it means I will be able to swim like Michael Phelps Exclamation

The commentator handovers are as unsmooth as ever. It's not as if they haven't had +20 years to refine their coverage.

Great swims by Amberger and Charles.

LS definitely ahead of where he was last year. Only just over 5mins down on Frodo, so about a 4mins improvement
