Things are slightly different for 2010, as shortly after Kona 09, Russell secured his Kona 10 start almost a year in advance at Ironman Western Australia 2009. Morgan Davies and Megan Withers both take the honours at Singleton Park in the Welsh Cross Country Championships.
Megan Withers was out to continue her fine winter on a course which obviously suited her good pace judgement. Having headed the field from the top of the first hill the diminutive West Walian gradually drew away from the opposition for a very emphatic win by over a minute.

John Franklin: Clumber Classic report

John Franklin (www.johnfranklintriathlon.blogspot.com) was the first GB Age Group finisher at Kona in 2009, and has grown to love the longer distances over the last year or so. Last weekend he was racing for two hours rather than nine however, at the Clumber Classic Duathlon - The British Duathlon Championships.
